Cooper is a beautiful boy adopted from Shih Tzu Rescue...and YES, his eyes really are that blue!

With such gorgeous peepers and such handsome good looks attracting attention from everyone he meets we could forgive Cooper for being conceited or less-than-well-mannered, but according to his mom, Sue, he's a nearly-perfect doggie boy.
